Twist 1
  • Sit on the chair.
  • Put your feet flat on the floor in front of you.
  • Cross your hands over your chest.
  • Twist 2
  • Turn your body as far to the RIGHT as possible, ensuring your buttocks remains on the seat and your hips are straight.
  • Twist 1
  • Return to the middle.
  • Twist L
  • Turn your body as far to the RIGHT as possible.
  • Return to the middle.
  • Repeat for one minute.
  • Your exercises are now complete.
