Lunge Exercise

Lunge 1
  • Standing sideways on to the chair. Hold on to the chair for support.
  • Lunge forward with RIGHT leg as deep as possible.
  • Return to standing position.
  • Lunge 2
  • Lunge forward with your LEFT leg as deep as possible.
  • Repeat with alternate legs for one minute.
  • Rest for one minute rest
