Calf Raises Exercise

Squat 1
  • Stand and hold onto the back of the chair.
  • Place feet flat on the floor, shoulder width apart.
  • Calf 2
  • Raise up on to tiptoes.
  • Hold for 2 secs.
  • Squat 1
  • Lower feet back to the floor.
  • Repeat for one minute.
  • Rest for one minute rest
