  • Complete this exercise either sitting upright in a chair or standing.
  • Hold both hands in front at chest height.
  • Boxing R
  • Punch RIGHT arm out straight, across the body.
  • Bring arm back in to the middle.
  • Boxing A Boxing 2
  • Punch LEFT arm out straight, across the body.
  • Bring arm back in to the middle.
  • Repeat for one minute.
  • Rest one minute rest
