Sit on the chair.
Put your feet flat on the floor in front of you.
Cross your hands over your chest.
Turn your body as far to the RIGHT as possible, ensuring your buttocks remains on the seat and your hips are straight.
Return to the middle.
Turn your body as far to the RIGHT as possible.
Return to the middle.
Repeat for one minute.
Your exercises are now complete.
