Step Up
Walk to either your stairs at home or the step into your house.
Stand at the bottom of the step holding onto the rail.
Step up with RIGHT leg. Bring left leg up to join. Step down with RIGHT leg. Bring left leg down to join.
Repeat for one minute.
Step up with LEFT leg. Bring right leg up to join.
Step down with LEFTleg. Bring right leg down to join.
Repeat for one minute.
Rest for one minute rest
