Boxing Exercise
Complete this exercise either sitting upright in a chair or standing.
Hold both hands in front at chest height.
Punch
RIGHT
arm out straight, across the body.
Bring arm back in to the middle.
Punch
LEFT
arm out straight, across the body.
Bring arm back in to the middle.
Repeat for one minute.
Rest one minute rest
