Healthy Heart
  • Walk to either your stairs at home or the step into your house.
  • Stand at the bottom of the step holding onto the rail.
  • Step up with RIGHT leg. Bring left leg up to join. Step down with RIGHT leg. Bring left leg down to join.
  • Repeat for one minute.
  • Step up with LEFT leg. Bring right leg up to join.
  • Step down with LEFTleg. Bring right leg down to join.
  • Repeat for one minute.
  • Rest for one minute rest
