  • Complete this exercise either sitting upright in a chair or standing.
  • Hold hands in front at shoulder height,
  • Overhead R
  • Straighten RIGHT arm vertically.

  • Bring arm back in to the middle.
  • Leftoverhead
  • Straighten LEFT arm vertically
  • Bring arm back in to the middle.
  • Repeat alternate arms for one minute.
  • Rest one minute rest
